PTE practice questions
What is the difference between PTE Core and PTE Academic?
PTE Core tests everyday English and is the PTE version IRCC accepts for Canadian economic immigration. PTE Academic is designed mainly for study and other pathways. They are separate bookings with different task mixes.
Is PTE scored by a computer?
PTE responses are machine-scored. Several integrated task types contribute to more than one communicative skill, so a weak result can originate in a task outside the section name you expected.
Does this site mix PTE Core and Academic questions?
No. The main page helps you choose a version, then the Core and Academic dashboards keep their tasks, mocks and guidance separate.
