TestDayTwin is a small, independent project run by one person, so please allow a few business days for a reply. If you're reporting a problem with a specific question, a link to the page plus a short note on what looks wrong helps enormously — it lets us find and fix it quickly.
What to write about
- Corrections — an answer key, explanation, or fact that looks wrong. We take accuracy seriously and would rather hear it than not.
- Feedback & requests — a task type you'd like added, something confusing, or a feature that would help you study.
- Score reports — sat the real exam? Telling us how your official result compared to your practice estimate helps us keep the scoring honest.
- Privacy requests — see our Privacy Policy for what we hold (very little — practice is scored in your browser) and how to ask about it.
- General questions — about the exams, scoring, or how the practice works.
What we can't help with
We're not affiliated with any exam board or with IRCC, so we can't book, reschedule, or look up your real test, access official scores, or give immigration advice. For those, contact the test provider or a licensed immigration representative directly.
